For the majority of us, living in the modern world has caused us to lose a connection with ourselves, both physically and emotionally. We may have strayed away from natural, organic activities like hiking and being in nature and traded them in with sitting at a desk and spending many hours straining our eyes looking at screens, picking up bad habits and a stiff and uneasy posture along the way. Unfortunately, along with all of the pleasures of the modern world comes many a burden on our physical and mental health, working long hours in a stressful job, worrying about family and money, and never-ending concerns about the future; all of these endurances can cause disease and pain to form in the body. By investing a little time and energy into a regular practice we can begin to return the body back to its vibrant, healthy, and energetic state.
For 12+ years, I have been practicing and exploring many different styles, techniques, and lineages of Yoga. I like to stay true to the more traditional ways of teaching yoga as much as possible, focusing on one's spiritual journey and deep personal healing. It is my absolute passion to share my own healing journey with others: through the various practices of Yoga, I have greatly improved my digestive issues, leg pain, back pain, wrist injury, and mental health issues, overcome periods of anxiety and depression, weight loss, gained glowing skin and healthy hair; and not only seen but felt huge improvements in our overall wellbeing.
What Will Your 1-1 Yoga Session Consist of?
Each 60-minute personal Yoga class will incorporate the traditional styles of both Hatha yoga and Yin yoga, combining gentle joint movements, moving to the pace of your own breath, repetitive movements targeting specific areas of the body; deep, slow restorative stretches and always finishing with a guided deep-relaxation journey. Each session will include some breathing exercises and simple meditations to deepen the state of calm and relaxation. Every session is tailor-made to suit the client’s needs and all ages, abilities, physical and mental conditions are welcome.

Chloe is an excellent instructor and navigates our sessions over Zoom with skill. She takes onboard my lack of flexibility and sports injuries and builds a program that week on week addresses those challenges. She is very professional and is always punctual. Combining Yoga and meditation over a 90 minute session makes the whole experience more complete and enjoyable. I cannot recommend her enough even if you are new to yoga like me.

I love the yoga practice with Chloe. It is more than a physical exercise, she really embodies all that yoga is which goes beyond into a more spiritual level. Every practice is very fluid and relaxing bringing a great state of being at the end and beautiful energies afterwards. I also did a Kundalini session in her home which felt very insightful with all the pre-session teachings, and very grounding post session as well. I definitely recommend her if you want to upgrade your practice and experience a deeper spiritual connection within yourself.

Chloe is a fantastic tutor. I have tried a couple of tutors before her, but her skills and teaching technique are incomparable. When I first started with Chloe I was very stiff from the hips. I now have more mobility and I look forward to each session she teaches as it’s never too repetitive and she targets my goals. Her instructions are clear and precise and she always corrects me when needed. Most of all, her voice is so soothing and it makes me feel so relaxed.
